The Story

Like many others, my journey searching for explanations for my pain is exhausting, debilitating, and far too time-consuming. A reliable, compassionate support group seemed like the bare minimum to ask for as someone fighting for an endometriosis diagnosis — and yet, I kept coming up short.

For too long, I silently accepted that endo support groups just didn’t exist, or if they did, they were few and far between, often failing to follow through on meetings, leaving me with a lingering feeling of disappointment.

As I found connections through the r/endometriosis subreddit page, I discovered that many other members shared my frustration. One night, on a whim, I made a post inquiring about interest in a possible support group. The next day, I woke up to over 40 replies, and Endo Beginnings was born!

There is

power

in

numbers.

Endo Beginnings is a virtual support group designed to provide meaningful connections for individuals living with endometriosis. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, deep in the thick of it, or still searching for answers, everyone is welcome to the group with open arms. You belong here!

Healing begins with feeling heard. Through shared resilience and compassionate support, we remind ourselves that we are stronger together — and that no one should have to go through endo alone.

Endo Beginnings is not affiliated with medical professionals — we are a peer support group here to share experiences and bond over our shared resilience. We are not trained in crisis intervention.
